Special Forces: World's Toughest Test Season 4

Up to now, four celebrities have exited the show. Some left voluntarily, others were medically withdrawn:

1. Brittany Cartwright — quit early on Day 1, saying she couldn’t continue. 

2. Teresa Giudice — withdrew in Episode 2; she was emotionally unable to watch her daughter (Gia) fight in a challenge. 

3. Eva Marcille — medically removed after a water-based challenge where she nearly lost consciousness.

4. Jussie Smollett — in Episode 3, he was medically withdrawn after developing a severe cough and lung inflammation (apparently triggered by an allergic reaction to dust). 

Because of Smollett’s exit, there are now 14 contestants remaining.
