Men’s Health Month is observed every June in the United States. It’s a national observance aimed at raising awareness about preventable health issues and encouraging early detection and treatment of diseases affecting men and boys.
Key Objectives:

Promote healthy lifestyles such as regular exercise, balanced diets, and avoiding risky behaviors.

Encourage regular checkups and screenings for conditions like prostate cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

Raise awareness about mental health, including depression and suicide, which are often under-discussed in men.

Wear Blue Day – Typically held on the Friday before Father’s Day, it's a way to show support for men's health by wearing blue and spreading awareness.
